The Goddess Body Sculpting Gua Sha Guide
- Prep & Glide:
Slather on a generous amount of lotion or body oil onto targeted areas (add more as you go!). Warm up your Goddess Body Sculpting Gua Sha with hot water or a heating pad for extra bliss. - Stroke Smart:
Always glide towards your heart—keeping strokes gentle and smooth! Spend 3-5 mins on each area to melt away any stress and tension. Please see illustrations for tips for targeted areas. - Repeat & Relax:
4-8 strokes per area. Melt tension, contour, smooth the body and feel amazing! The stone offers 3 edges for your massage - The small smooth edge, the large smooth edge, and the comb edge. The comb texture enhances tissue movement, targeting cellulite prone areas.
